In this call we want to learn from you what you want to accomplish by exploring long-term care insurance. We will discuss health, wealth, asset location and financial goals. We want to help you with tax-advantaged funding strategies and this conversation helps us do that. We will send you a health history questionnaire to complete. Your health history will determine insurability and whether premium discounts may apply.
We ask clients to consider two factors as we work through the process:
- How much risk do you really need to transfer to insurance?
- What is a comfortably affordable premium?
We then work to align these two factors by customizing coverage to your risk tolerance and premium budget.
We want you to be informed about long-term care issues so that you can make a prudent decision about insurance as a funding option. We will explain long-term care and how it differs from healthcare and Medicare. We will discuss risk, cost, funding options, and the pros and cons of the products in the market today. We will also make recommendations based on the information you have shared with us.
We will pre-fill a lot of the information for you leaving nothing to chance. Once your application is completed, we will submit to the carrier and manage the entire underwriting process for you.
